Star Trek 2 is still a long way away from beaming down to your local theater, but that doesn’t mean Zachary Quinto (who plays Spock) from teasing you about the upcoming sequel in his recent interview with the wrap:
“It was bigger,” he says of his work on the sequel. “It was bolder, I think, than the first one, and that was pretty big and bold from my stand point. I’m really excited to see what they do with it.”
The plot is still a closely guarded secret, and Quinto himself is not willing to divulge the slightest bit of info on what the Enterprise crew is going to meet this time around:
“I feel like, you know, my work is done on the movie right now,” says Quinto, “and until we have to go and promote it, then my work remains done and I let J.J. and his incredible team of people get in there and do the work that they need to do now.”
Star Trek 2 opens in the UK on 17 May 2013.
