The first non-behind the scenes image for Robert Rodriguez’s Sin City: A Dame to Kill For has just been released, and it features Josh Brolin looking every bit as badass as he can be from behind the steering wheel. Brolin plays the role of Dwight, a role that Clive Owen played in the first movie.
The change in actors is not a casting problem, as the original comic book story actually has Dwight changing his appearance in the story. You’d just have to watch the movie itself to get the idea (or read the comic, if you want spoilers.)
The image above is not an actual banner poster for the film, but a mock up that Rodriguez released via his Twitter feed:
“Here’s bad ass Josh Brolin driving a Rodriguez-mobile (a green box with a steering wheel bolted on,” tweeted the director. “And here’s a quick photo touch up I do to set a tone for the actors (Probably won’t be raining in final movie).”
