The sequel to Adam McKay and Will Ferrell’s Anchorman: The Legend of Burgundy, seems to continue its habit of pumping out A-list cameos, with the newest addition said to be Nicole Kidman, as The Hollywood Reporter confirms.
There’s no word yet on what her role will be, but still falls in line with Adam McKay’s plan to assemble “a murderer’s row of the best day players ever”. It was also stated that both Vince Vaughn and Luke Wilson will get a couple of walk-on parts, alongside Terrence Stamp, Gregg Kinnear, and Kristen Wiig.
Another big name star who will make an appearance is Harrison Ford, but the actor has been downplaying his involvement during interviews: “it’d be easy enough to cut out [my role], I don’t think it’s critical,” he says, self-deprecatingly, before revealing that his cameo will have him star alongside, “what’s-his-name and the applesauce girl.”
