Halle Berry is one of the original X-Men movie cast members who’s been confirmed to return for Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past. One of the concerns fans have is whether her newly-announced pregnancy will result in the actress being pulled out of the film, but Berry confirms that she will not be pulling out, although she admitted that the filmmakers would have to adjust a few things in order to make allowances for her situation:
“Storm probably won’t be as badass as she was going to be because we won’t be able to do any fighting or flying or things like that,” reveals Berry. “She’ll be different than we originally planned her to be but I still think she’ll be an integral part of this new X-Men movie.”
Since the original trilogy ended with Storm effectively replacing Professor X as head of Xavier’s School For Gifted Youngsters, her involvement in Days of Future Past will be very important in connecting the two timelines together.
