Last September, an HD remake of the PS Vita’s Assassin’s Creed: Liberation was announced for the PS3. While screenies and new info soon followed, we didn’t have an actual street date. That’s all going to change now, as Liberation HD has been confirmed to make its way to the Playstation 3 on January 14, 2014, via the PS Store.
Assassin’s Creed: Liberation HD is more than just a port with upscaled resolution, though. Each mission from the original Vita release has been reworked in order to improve pacing and increase the difficulty. Ubisoft has also included 15 new missions that are specific to Aveline’s different personas (the Lady, the Assassin, and the Servant).
Assassin’s Creed: Liberation HD will be priced at $19.99
